- "Gymnastics Density" work is our gymnastics
test for the cycle, we will retest

- If you do not have MU, perform "Death By CTB" doubles EMOM 2-4-6...until failure
- Lactic work can be something like:

- You can get creative with this work, work on a weakness or something that you feel like doing today. You can even make it purely cyclical and row/AD/run hard.
