Cycle 1 will be a higher volume cycle. In this phase we will focus on building structural balance and stability by performing high repetitions and weightlifting positional work.
We will build on skills while putting a large emphasis on long engine work. We will still do some short hard work with long rests to maintain/improve power. Try not to add too much extra work here and take your nutrition and recovery seriously! Try to mobilize 10-20 min a day (ROM WOD).
Think of this cycle as our "building phase".

2. Improve Aerobic Capacity
3. Improve Power Clean Battery
4. Improve MU/CTB Capacity
