We will release 3 days of training every Sunday at 7pm EST and 2 days of training every Thursday at 7pm EST.
Create your own split based on what works for your schedule. We highly recommend that you keep the days in the order that they are programmed, they are like that for a reson! But, life happens so do what you have to to get the work in.

Day 2
Day 3
Off
Day 4
Day 5
Off
On your off days feel free to perform some active recovery/z1 work and definitely some mobility/soft tissue work.
